TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SALE PRODUCTS:

  1. All discounts/special pricing are valid till stock lasts.
  2. Discounted products sold during the Sale period are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
  3. No other offer or discount can be clubbed with the sale offers.
  4. Any Additional offer like cashback will be applicable for pre-paid orders only.
  5. Discounts may be changed during the Sale period without prior intimation.
  6. This is applicable to both domestic as well as international online prices. No claims due to this can be entertained.
  7. Due to increased number of orders during sale period- The delivery time of your order may vary.
  8. Please bear with us and reach out to our customer care team regarding any queries. Also, we can’t commit to processing any order amendments, cancellations, and changes in shipping or billing address post receiving the orders.
  9. We will be trying to our best capabilities though. Fulfillment of orders will be subject to product availability and within certified product quality parameters.
  10. In case a damaged product is received, please reach out to askme@saundh.in within 48 hours of receipt of your order with order details assisted with damaged pictures.
  11. In case of any conflict with the standard Terms and Conditions mentioned on the website, the sale T&C will apply.
  12. For all online orders that cannot be partially/fully delivered, a credit note will be issued within 15 Calendar days from the confirmation of cancellation.
  13. All duties and taxes for international orders will apply as per the rules of the shipping destination and will be borne by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  1. As soon you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be used to track your order on our shipping agents’ sites.
  2. We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India as well as international orders. International orders are delivered within 10-12 business days.
  3. Any additional taxes and customs charges that are levied by the destination country are to be borne by the customer. However, if you face any troubles there we will be happy to help.
  4. Please See: Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
  5. We do not permit returns/exchanges on International orders, however in case of a defective product being delivered to you, we request you to please share your concerns with our Customer Care team on email ID askme@saundh.in.
