You may raise a return/exchange request within 15 days of delivery, you may follow the below steps.
- Login to Saundh account on the website.
- Once logged-in you will see an option to return or exchange against your order.
- Select the Exchange or Return buttons based on your requirement.
- Please select the reason for return/exchange from the drop-down options provided.
- Upload the product images and click on Next.
- Online Credit Note is default selection and proceed, the return/exchange is raised to us.
- Once the return/exchange request is accepted you will be notified and we will arrange the reverse pick-up within 2 business days.
- Once the product is returned to its origin the exchange product will be shipped.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:
We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India as well as international orders. International orders are delivered within 10-12 business days and domestic orders: are delivered within 5-7 business days.(You will see the delivery date for your order at the time of order confirmation.)
For pre-orders, events, and promotion-related merchandise, timelines may vary. Please refer to product descriptions for details.
Please See: Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
PRODUCT CANCELLATION:
We take requests on cancellations and entertain them before the product is dispatched, once it's invoiced we cannot cancel the order. If you wish to cancel, we urge you to reach out to us as soon as possible at askme@saundh.in. We shall intimate you within 24hrs of receiving the email. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. Pre-paid transactions refund will be done within 10 business days from the time of cancellations.
Cancellation won't be accepted once the product has been shipped.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- In case of exchange customer has to inform within 15 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, and in a saleable condition.
- Product must be returned with all tags attached in their original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.
- Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.
- We will be able to process the exchange post-receipt of the original product.
- Products can only be exchanged if they meet our terms and conditions.
- Discounted products and Accessories will not be eligible for any kind of exchange or return.
- Our Products are not eligible for refunds.
- In Case you are unable to find the Exchange size or product we will issue the amount to your Saundh Wallet which can be used for your online purchase only.
